This once was my favorite game. However, ever since they change the economy, it takes forever to level up if you are not spending lots and lots of cash. They got greedy. change it back to how it was before and you’ll get five stars from me.

Used misleading advertisement - it’s not the game they advertise. Paid for upgrades and they disappear. Can’t contact customer support only bot that spins you in circles. Beware.

It’s fun, but it’s definitely a money hungry game. For example, there’s no warning pop up when you’re about to spend notes (the currency they’re always trying to make you buy with real money). You get constant pop ups with offers to use notes to pay for something, and if you accidentally hit the very edge, notes are gone. No pop up to say “are you sure?”. This latest update changed everything: the township cash is now thousands of dollars which means everything costs more, the match-3 “mini game” is becoming impossible unless you buy attempts and other games are tied to it. Game has many different elements that make it fun to play. However the merge 3 aspect of the game is getting to be nearly impossible to complete levels without spending Tcash, which means you often can’t complete challenges. Merge used to be fun to play as a side part of the game, but now it’s a bigger aspect of the game and it’s frustrating to play as every second or third level is either hard or super hard.

Save yourself the aggravation and money, yes, stupid people like me have spent actual money on this game just to get through a challenge. All of the “cutesy” game play is a farce because the actual game is NOTHING like it. It tricks you into this money pit.

I enjoyed the game at first, but it became more frustrating than fun. I saved over 700 expedition energy and logged in to find it had dropped to 200 without using it. There was no explanation. On top of that, the construction supplies are way too expensive, and it takes forever to earn enough construction cash to buy them. I have played this game for a long time, but 2 big factors made me stop. 1) game play is nothing like their ads show you. You won’t be running to harvest your items and manually taking them to customers for cash. I bought powerups for the match game in the regatta store and I didnt get anything, but it still took my regatta currency. Additionally, I won match game powerups by completing several tasks in the mini games like the mayors pass, but wasn’t awarded the powerups. It’s one thing to make the levels impossible to beat without having to spend in game currency, but to straight up rip us off and not give us what we earned is my line. I’m done with this game

Generally like this game more than others in the genre. However, I have two annoyances. 1) hard to get the materials to expand very quickly so everything is packed in too tightly. Too many bricks and not enough shovels on trains. 2) Just let me finish a side expedition before starting another one! No matter how much I play, I can never actually finish the story, which makes me less inclined to want to play the next one.

I have never in my life had a game make me so incredibly angry. This game is designed to work against you not for you to have fun.

I like the graphics and the game runs fairly smoothly. One thing I would suggest for improvement is to have a different mechanism for buying additional boxes on the assembly lines. I’ve had a few times where I accidentally tapped the “add” button without meaning to, and then having no way to undo it which is annoying.

Some of the levels are an absolute joke. I’ve been playing this game for a long time - I’ve put hours, weeks, months into this game. Some of the levels are absolutely ridiculous. You can get stuck on a level for about 3 or 4 weeks and then the next one you’ll get stuck for just as long. I have been on match level 440 for 3 weeks now and the game is just pushing me to spend my money so that I can pass it. Please fix some of the levels so that they are not so ridiculously hard.

I’ve been playing for a little while now but find some of the latest daily challenges like “Farm Chores” or “Mayors Duties” impossible to complete. Some of the challenges include something like breaking over 10-15k green squares in the mini game? I’m on level 174 and it’s difficult to complete these super hard levels and therefore impossible to meet those daily challenges and gain the rewards, despite meeting other daily challenges. It’s very frustrating and seems on purpose.

When the game glitches and takes your things, it’s pointless to report it. All that happens is the AI asks you follow-up questions and then support says they’re experiencing a high volume of requests so they’re closing the ticket. Like many, I downloaded this as I enjoyed playing the mini game on the ad, the game itself is NOTHING like the ads, very far from it actually and you only get the mini game from the ad once in a while and for limited times each time! The algorithm creates impossible board setups on "easy" green levels to frustrate you into buying extra moves. This game used to be fun. Playrix made it impossible to accomplish any of the tasks because of outright greed & it’s boring. They throw out new impossible tasks trying to make it better and it’s the same.

I’ve been playing for a while now. I’m at the stage where I’m going to stop. The levels where you have to match specific items are becoming to hard. I’m should not have to spend hours trying to finish. It’s taken the fun out of the game. The mini games are also too short.

The casual, farming and city building aspect of the game is fun and graphics are well designed but the matching game is absolutely terrible. My husband bought a voyage pass and I didn’t, and he passes levels even without power-ups while I stay stuck on the same level for a week. It’s frustrating and no longer fun since the farming and building game gets redundant. I see why a lot of players abandon the game.

Every aspect of this game is designed to frustrate you into spending money. When I first downloaded the game I thought I’d buy one of the passes to expedite early play. Turns out once the pass expired the game became nearly unplayable. The town building aspect is boring and a grind. To earn rewards and cash and have even a chance at completing events, you have to beat match 3 levels, and half of those are designed to be nearly impossible without power ups or additional moves purchased with cash.

Just updated the game and played 3 match. As I’m adding a booster a popup for Rewards Multiplier shows up just as I’m pressing down and now it’s stolen $9900 T-cash from me. Worse than that it was level I was having trouble with so I gained absolutely nothing for it. Don’t play this rubbish game or spend a single penny.

This game used to be really fun until Playrix decided money was more important than quality. The fun mini games that I looked forward to playing got swapped for the same mini game every single day. Everything costs cash but there’s no reason to play to earn cash anymore. It really fell off, I will say it was fun for the couple months they had variety in it, but they got too focused on how to earn more money from the game while putting in the least effort possible.

The mini games are impossible to win without power ups and you spend all your money in the mini game. The barn fills up way to fast and the items take way to long to make especially when you are first starting out. The game takes forever to be able to advance because of these factors. I’m unsure if I want to keep playing it.
