I used to love this game. I’ve played it for years. But now it’s just a big money grab. It used to be a fun, relaxing game with just enough challenge to make it interesting. Now you can’t play 2 levels in a row without having to spend money so you don’t lose all your progress. It’s sad, really, that money is more important than happy customers.

I made to level 13,000 before I became too frustrated to continue. The game is getting increasingly sidetracked by side games. That would be ok except you need to play them to get help on the main levels. The game has been giving fewer and fewer rewards in an obvious money grab. I have twice now earned 140 something out of 150 stars and they won’t let you win the others without spending money! Anytime I reached out them a bot tells me they will let someone know🤪

I play this game and during the game there are rewards. Extra energy and coins are cool. Have not figured out what to do with the most common reward of cards. They have zero value to my enjoyment of the game. Give me more energy or coins please or tell me the value of the cards.

In den höheren Leveln sind die Level so schwer dass man sie nur noch mit Hilfe schafft - oder wochenlang an einem Level kämpft. Dadurch bekommt man den ganzen Bonus und die zusätzlichen Sonderausgaben nicht gelöst. Es nervt nur noch! Wenn Level so schwer sind, dass man sie nicht mehr schaffen kann, bringt es echt keinen Spaß mehr!!

Good game. Hours of fun. The game is now hung when I enter the expedition area. I have a portrait setting next to a red box with 3 locks in a wall and the 2 characters do nothing and when I tap the skip button the screen continues to giggle endlessly until I close out the app. The rest of the game is playable as long as I don’t enter the expedition area.

Now we don’t even get the proper rewards for opening the game 30 days in a row. I always looked forward to that to get through some of the super hard aka ridiculously impossible levels, including many repeated levels. After playing for years, that’s really made it boring and for no real want to play. You only get to complete a small amount of levels to collect stars before you’re in days playing against other people for small rewards as it is.

je joue depuis de nombreuses années et suis actuellement au niveau 4200. je trouve le jeu très bien fait et qualitatif dans les dessins, l’histoire etc. par contre je trouve que les niveaux sont souvent excessivement difficiles avec parfois très peu de coups pour y arriver ce qui fait qu’on est bloqué tous les 3-4 niveaux à peu près… sachant que les actions demandent beaucoup trop d’étoiles, donc plus trop de plaisir à jouer. en plus de ça je trouve qu’il y a trop d’événements, de compétitions

I really hate how you can’t zoom out enough to see how everything looks. You can barely zoom out enough to see only one room. I understand that they don’t want you to see the incomplete rooms yet but it’s really annoying for gameplay when you want your house to match and everything look good together.

I say a “generous” game because for a free one there’s no real pressure to do an in-app purchase if you don’t want to, and can still progress through the game. Good gameplay and I’m like at 10,000 levels. Good story lines, good side games, and still addictive after years of playing. Well done to the developers.

I used to really enjoy this game. However, levels once labelled “Super Hard” would now be more accurately labelled “Super Impossible”. In fact, many levels not even considered “Hard” or “Super Hard” now require multiple power-ups and boosters just to have any realistic chance of passing. You turned the team chat off nearly a month early than it was supposed to and even your AI support agreed with me when I submitted a support request. Weeks later absolutely no response from anyone. I suggest you turn it back on for at least one more month for everyone in the UK, I heard from another team member, before you turned the chat off, that you did the same in Gardenscapes as well. Новые квесты не делают совсем, оставили только «помоги семье найти дорогу». Чем дальше по уровням продвигаешься, тем меньше предметов декора и мебели тебе дают выбрать, потерялась вся суть игры обустройки дома, все решают за тебя. Про непроходимые уровни без доната вообще молчу.

The card collections are impossible to complete. They don’t give out gold cards to allow us to complete the sets. And the adventures where we wander around in the fog completing tasks are also difficult to complete. What once was an enthralling and user friendly game has been spoilt by some UK law which I presume is to safeguard young vulnerable players. The ads say “don’t you hate games that have false ads? THIS GAME IS DIFFERENT.” Meanwhile, this app is LITERALLY lying. The game is NOTHING like the ads. The game is fun maybe one third of the time. Mostly it’s not fun. Don’t download. Lying, dumb game. Rate this as helpful so people see it.

I really dont appreciate their caricature of asians people, a greedy asian man with his weird asian antiques, REAL SUBTLE. While other minority characters are real people whose race has nothing to do with their character the asian characters are just caricatures with played up foreignness for the plot when ITS COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR. The game in the later levels gets ridiculously hard and its pay to win. So yea just don't play this game, its a complete waste of space.

These game developers need so remedial lessons in consent. If you don't want to receive notifications outside of gameplay then you get a pop up asking you again between every single level. It's utterly infuriating. I've enjoyed the actual gameplay but, like so many games, once you reach a certain point it becomes really hard to progress without spending money.

It’s a little hard to get stars, so it’s a little slow moving. I’m still enjoying it.

Can’t open new levels for several days already.

Recently this game has been ripping me (and my team) off. From coins I’ve earned to coins I’ve paid for. No response from customer service. Just a “we’ll get back to you shortly” message. They never get back to you.

It's embarrassing how you copied every single feature of Royal Kingdom and got rid of all your unique features. I've been playing this game since 2020 and never been this much disappointed in your creativity.

Been a favourite game for many years, but now with no longer being able to chat to teammates the team building that once was fun is now a boring game. I understand for children playing game but if an adult this shouldn’t have been taking away as I’m sure most adults would know how to protect and be aware of give out information etc….

When u reach level 3000 u get hard and superhard level every 2 normal games . Even the easy took more than 5 try i love this game but it keeps getting harder and i cant even finish the exploration . I hope u change something. An update its been more than a week in one level what’s wrong with this game bro It keeps getting worse even with a lot of assist with money or rockets i can’t beat it, actually this game is getting worse every day.

C’est super. Le jeu c’est des casse têtes, un peu un style de candy crush mais a chaque casse tête on obtient des étoiles pour ensuite rénover une grande maison, là meubler et y découvrir plein de choses. En plus il y a des genres de concours avec des prix. Seul inconvénient on a 5vies c’est à dire que si on échoue a des casse têtes on en perd. ( des fois on obtient des vies illimitées)c’est dommage. Mais sinon c’est super !

Че к чему эти изменения, раньше игра была намного интереснее, сейчас же приходится сходить с ума от того, что два уровня легких, один сложный, два легких, другой супер сложный, вы даже продохнуть не даете. Ну нет никакого интереса по три дня сидеть на одном и том же уровне. Надоели.
